Carolling!
A couple of weeks back, we packed food into plastic bags enough for a spagetti meal which most of those we reach out to will not have. This food 'hamper' also included canned food, daily neccesities like sugar, etc. Then off we went, together with guitars in hand, members of our parents group and some of their children came carolling with us! But this is a different kind, in reverse, instead of receiving money for our song and dance, we gave them! Many of those we visited did not know how to react, were pleasantly surprised, many cried, many were touched.
One of the parents who came with us said "We are poor too, but it's so good to go to the poorest of the poor and still be able to give". How true, everyone has enough to give, if it comes from our hearts, we always have more than enough.
